THE LEGEND LIVES ON : Steeped in rich history since its foundation in 1889, DOXA Watches was the first brand to launch the first professional-grade diver’s watch for the general public 1967 –the legendary SUB 300. Based in Biel(the largest bilingual city in Switzerland, it also goes by the name Bienne)in the canton of Bern, DOXA Watches has for more than 25 years been in the ownership of the Swiss Jenny family, which also holds 100% of Walca Group, an industrial company which is specialized in the creation of design, development and manufacture of private label Swiss Made watches.

DOXA was born in Le Loclein the heart of Swiss watchmaking and now based in Biel/Bienne. Since 1889,our savoir-faire is tightly interwoven with tradition and ongoing expertise. Among the many milestones, DOXAwas in 1967 the first brand to introduce the first diver’s watch available to the general public, featuring a unidirectional rotating bezel to monitor dive time and ensure a safe no-decompression ascent back to the surface. With radical innovations, the DOXA SUB became an easily recognizable legend with the hallmark orange dial. Today, DOXA Watches remains faithful to the principle established over a hundred and thirty years ago: to produce high quality watches at affordable prices.The “DOXA SUB” designation stands for some of the most iconic diver’s watches in watchmaking history.
