Our Guarantee
We hope that you are completely satisfied with our merchandise, which is why we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products. The products listed on our site have been listed and described to be as accurate as possible. If there is an error or discrepancy in the information or availability on our site, we reserve the right to correct these discrepancies before we process your transaction.  In an event of any changes, we will contact you before fulfilling your order.

Shipping Policy
We ship insured via USPS, UPS & Fed-Ex within the United States and require an adult signature to receive the package.  Most orders process & ship with in 1-2 business days (during our standard store hours) and will be subject to our fraud detection system prior to shipping. We will contact you with any issues before shipping.

We will only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card.

Sales Tax
We collect 6.5% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. We do not collect taxes for items shipped out of Florida. The prices reflected on our website are not inclusive of sales tax and will be calculated at check-out.

Warranty
New Watches, Pens, Knives and Accessories
All authorized new merchandise we carry are warranted by the manufacturer’s stated warranty.  Please contact us for full warranty information for each brand.

Pre-Owned & Vintage Watches
Timepieces available in our Pre-Owned & Vintage Collection are guaranteed by our 1-year mechanical warranty. Misuse, impact damage, opening or repair work performed by other than Orlando Watch Company will result in a voided warranty.  All watches are in working order, unless otherwise stated. We want you to be completely happy with your timepiece, if for some reason there is an issue, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 10-day return policy for all items that must be in original, unworn condition (for pre-owned & vintage these must be in the same condition sent to you), for a full refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange. All merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork & accessories. Items that have been worn and not returned in original/new condition may incur a restocking / polishing fee. Special orders are non-refundable. Returns must be initiated within the 10 day return period and shipped promptly thereafter.

Note, when using the PayPal payment gateway, the 3% PayPal fee may be deducted as they no longer refund these fees incurred.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
